Our first washed coffee from Francisco Bermond is here! Part of the Unique Region series, this coffee hails from the small state of Espírito Santo, an incredibly diverse state that lies on Brazil’s Atlantic coast line. 
 
From the Atlantic Ocean to the mountainous region that butts up against Minas Gerais, we can really get some fascinating coffees from this region—the only region in Brazil doing wet-processed (washed) coffees.
 
With Francisco’s expertise and dedication to agroforestry on his farm, we have a really yummy, clean coffee that has a pronounced flavor characteristic that is famous for this region’s coffees: sweet, green corn (milho verde). For brewing, this would be sensational as a Chemex, V60, Aeropress and any Drip coffee methods. Hope you enjoy this one!
