The Meirelles coffees are back! We’ve been working with Sérgio and his daughter Raquel for several years and are always excited to see what each new harvest brings. Known for their sheer volume of unique varieties (Sérgio has 25 varieties on his farm and is always growing some experimental cultivars), the father-daughter team has also been most recently racking up some awesome awards. This lot, a honey-processed Arara, is everything you want in a cup: balanced, sweet, complex yet easy to drink. We get some black tea notes and almost a corn-like sweetness—-absolutely delicious. We recommend this coffee for Aeropress, Drip, Moka Pot and French Press.
