New Coffee, from Jaguara!
Imagine you're on the ranch, having a lemon, poppyseed cake with a glass of berry juice. Now you open your eyes and realize you've just tasted that experience in a cup of coffee. One of this year’s favorites is from Jaguara's new farm in the mountains of Cambuquira, Minas Gerais. And, quite surprisingly, it is not an anaerobically-fermented lot but instead a perfectly dry (natural)-processed coffee.  The complexity of this Yellow Bourbon is sensational; once again, without thinking, we reserved it as quickly as possible before it could be selected for any of the Brazilian Best Coffee competitions.
