Marco is back with his newest lot, and this one took the gold at the Matas Regional Competition! From the awesome region of Lajinha in the northern Caparaó region (one of our favorite high-altitude regions!), this coffee brings that fruity-funky profile we have all been looking for 👀.
Always with his canine friend Patuscanina, Marco produced and honey-washed this Arara cultivar, our current feature for the Climate Series. The Arara cultivar is one of the few successes of recently launched coffees: it has great drought tolerance and is really resistant to the Rust Fungus (Ferrugem). It also is known for its top cup quality, and this one is a stellar example of what you can get from this cultivar!
