Another coffee hailing from Owner Otávio's Cerrado Mineiro region, this Arara cultivar is a special coffee cherry: it is disease-resistant, very productive and has so far proven to make an excellent cup of coffee. Maria Soraia fermented this Arara for several days before drying out the rest of the coffee. It's got this fun Strawberry candy note that we really enjoy and a very interesting array of spices.
