This one’s a winner! Natália Brito and André Garcia did something extra special with this Yellow Bourbon: grown among the banana trees on their farm, this coffee was cultivated in a system of agroforestry and regenerative agriculture. Their commitment to reducing their carbon footprint by creating entire mini farming ecosystems is truly remarkable. After picking and separating, they soaked this coffee for 3 days in their new Metal fermentation tank and let it bubble in its own juices.

Smells sensational, tastes like heaven. Time to try it!

Currently tastes like: chocolate from a stovetop, hints of yellow, tropical fruits and a balance that just plays so nicely on your palate.
