It’s back! An ANAEROBIC from our Friends at Jaguara Coffee. And this time, it is a coffee From the Future!

 

Developed in 2014 by the Fundação Procafe, the Guará cultivar (named after the tropical Scarlet Ibis bird) was delicately crossed with Catucai genes to be more resistant to the deadly ferrugem (rust fungus) while simultaneously having higher productivity and top cup quality. Grown by Jaguara's founder Natália Brito on her new, mountainous farm in the Cambuquira region in the Mantiqueira de Minas, this coffee was anaerobically fermented in a tank---we couldn't be more excited to present you with the results…
