Olá! I am Alex, one of the founders of Aquarela Coffee. I have worked in the Specialty Coffee industry for more than 15 years and directly with Brazilian coffee producers and farms for 10 years. I am SCA-certified (Specialty Coffee Association) and also have my green-grading certificate.

My goal is to simplify the coffee process and give you the essential tools to start making excellent cups at home. Really excited to work with both you newcomers and advanced coffee enthusiasts!
